RAIN has only one central email. Please place the Name of the PET of interest in the subject line so it may be directed to the appropriate Foster.
E-mail is checked several times a day and you can expect a response within a reasonable time frame.
For those of you e-mailing from
work, many of your offices have SPAM protection and firewalls and we are unable to reply to your inquiries. We currently have an e-mail box
full of rejected e-mails. Please supply an address we can communicate with if you need help or have questions. Our lack of
response isn't due to lack of trying, we reply to all e-mails within 24 hours.

This is primarily an answering machine - messages left will be returned as quickly as possible.
(Voicemail takes 48-72 hours depending on the number of calls we need to return.)
However, please take the following into consideration:
If you have Caller ID and monitor all your calls, you may not recognize our number and pick up.
If you only have one line, and you are online, you will NOT be able to pick up.
Sorry, but we cannot return long distance, out of state calls.
As you can see, difficulties do arise in returning our calls. If you have called us and have not received an answer, please try e-mailing us to
let us know. If possible please give us more than one number to call when leaving a message on our answering machine and a time that you can
usually be reached.

If there is a contact listed for a pet you are interested in, please direct your inquiry to
that e-mail or phone number. They will know the most about that particular animal and can arrange an appointment.
