Every Dog Has a Tail!

Tyrone is new from Animal Welfare League.  He turned up as a very matted stray that no one reclaimed.  He was so matted, he had trouble walking and his butt was so matted and dirty, he could not potty.

But Tyrone is really happy and loving and gentle, so we have high hopes for him once we get him all cleaned, groomed and neutered!

As of 03/16, Tyrone is now in a foster home and settled in wonderfully.  He really likes attention, but is also a typical busy terrier!  He has not had any accidents in the home, but has tried to mark a couple of times.  A strong "no!" seems to dissuade him well and once that neuter kicks in, it will be much easier to end that!

"Ty" is good with other dogs, but really people oriented, he loves being carried.  He has had a full dental and all his shots are up to date, he is on Heartguard Heartworm Prevention and is learning a routine quickly.  Ty has luxating patellas that do not seem to give him any large issues, although we have seen him run down the stairs on 3 legs occasionally!

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Heartworm Test (if over 6 months, else on prevention), current on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months) test/treat for parasites (ie worming, flea preventative, etc…), AVID microchip, leash and collar.
