Every Dog Has a Tail!

Adoption Fee is $300.00

Sissy is from DuPage County Animal Control where she was taken as a stray.  The shelter had a lot of wonderful dogs and space is running out, so they asked us to help.  Sissy had a lovely little bandana, but was very skinny.

Sissy is now spayed, up to date on all her shots, heartworm negative and microchipped so that she won't be lost ever again!  She is an incredibly sweet and easy going girl.  She loves attention and does really wall in her crate.  Like a good Chihuahua, she likes to scrunch up her "blankie" into a bed.

Sissy has been playful and fun with dogs and cats, enjoying a good game of wrestling in the toy room. However, once she is in her snuggle bed or on a lap, she becomes very possessive of her position.  Perhaps she has never had a bed or a lap?  Maybe she was taught to fight other animals for the slightest perk?  We are working on her interactions in those situations, but she would probably do best as an only dog or with another that did not care to share her "perks".
