Sanjay was surrendered to DuPage County Animal Control.  They said they were "allergic", but we have some doubts that is the entire story.  Sanjay needed a full dental at only 1.5 years of age, what type of food was he eating?  He was also so matted, he had to be shaved while under, in fact, his tail was so solid it felt like a club and had to be scissored carefully.

No one bothered to neuter Sanjay either.  So now he is recovering from a neuter and dental and is so happy his matts are all gone! So what did Sanjay do?  Probably nothing except require some brushing, good care and an owner who will plan for those things for his life.

Sanjay is a rather opinionated kitty.  He likes affection on his terms and hates his regular brushing, complaining in that high and whiney voice that Himalayans do SO well.  He is a sweet cat for the experienced Himalayan owner who understands that some just really consider themselves to be in charge in their homes!
