Every Dog Has a Tail!

Adoption Fee is $300.00

Pippin is a handsome Silky with all the traits that go with.  Although sometimes confused with a Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie), they are actually a mix of the Yorkie and an Australian Terrier.  The latter gives them their more tenacious, high play and strong willed attitude.

Pippins owners loved him, but unfortunately he was not a match for their rental situation.  He likes to talk and the neighbors were unhappy with that.  Despite their efforts to exercise him, provide entertainment and even seek medication options, Pippin had to find a new home.

Pippin seems very typical, he quickly tried to be "in charge" and was unhappy when that did not happen.  He needs a strong owner who understands how quickly Terriers either push their way or smooze their way into the lead position.  Pippin loves playing with other dogs, but does best with those of similar personality.  He seems too interested in the cats, but has not done anything bad yet (but these are terrier smart cats!)
