Every Dog Has a Tail!

Adoption Fee is $200.00

03/13/2007:  Lil Skip is way too smart.  Just a few lessons from Barb the trainer at PetSmart and this little cookie was doing a "sit" and a "down" and walking on a leash.  She is quite the player also, she adores chewies and toys.  She is learning good house manners, although still a puppy so she needs someone who is not gone more than 4-5 hours at a stretch.

02/10/2007:  Lil Red and Lil Skip came from a very rural shelter down south in Illinois.  They were found wandering and in rough shape, covered in fleas and with worms.  Despite all that, they are loving and interested in everything.

Experience with very active, very intelligent dogs that "need a job" is a plus with these guys, they are smart and seem to know how to train us!  They will need a completely fenced, safe yard to play at full steam.

Interested in meeting or adopting?  Want to speed the process up?
Please download one of our applications and complete on your PC or by hand and send to us via e-mail to RainTeam@onebox.com (as a Word Doc attachment, no jpg, gifs, etc..) or fax to 630.372.1366.
It generally takes 24-72 hours to review a completed application and we will acknowledge receipt and completion of review.
We then set up appointments based on first qualified applicant.
Or drop by one of our events and see us!!!!

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Heartworm Test (if over 6 months, else on prevention), current on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months) test/treat for parasites (ie worming, flea preventative, etc…), AVID microchip, leash and collar.

See the Adoption Information for more information and an application or check the Events page for our next show date/time/map.  Our general e-mail is RainTeam@onebox.com, but please get in touch with the contact listed for your best and quickest response!

Not sure if you can see these marvelous maneuvers in the picture above and below.  In the shot above, Skip is twisting her back end around to change direction at a hard 90 degree angle in a game of keep away.  In the shot below, she is pivoting on her right left to spin in 180 degrees and run the opposite direction.

Not all dogs like the kind of play that Lil Red and Lil Skip enjoy.  This is part of their nature, they need to run full out, they need to herd (whether that is sheep, other dogs or a frisbee!) and they love to play.
