Jessie was returned to us after several wonderful years in a home. He developed issues with his companion dog. Jessie is a dominant dog, he does not like to share and he has typical herding breed characteristics right down to lying in ambush to nip the heals of passing pooches! Jessie loves men the most and is really looking to be someone's best friend and companion. He is good in his crate, but does not seem to require crating as he is very housebroken. However, a crate is an excellent way to help a dog adjust to a new environment, it is a little bit of "home" for them. Jessie is not good with cats, he has too much of a herding instinct. You might not notice, but Jessie has only 3 legs...just do not tell him!
