When we saw the adorable face peering out from behind the door at at Animal Welfare League listed as "owner has other dogs, no time for this one" and then looked into those eyes...well.. |

| As you can see, she has
settled right in. She absolutely LOVES Dustin. He can't go anywhere
without her following along behind. The rest of the dogs don't pay much
attention to her. We did our one by one introductions and she is just
another member to them. Went outside with them and went potty so I guess
that is a pretty good first few hours. She slept on Dustin's lap the whole
way home. Ate a pretty good dinner when we got home (and yes I gave her
canned but mixed with some dry). Won't take her long to fatten up here.
It's good that the kids are off for the next 2 weeks and they will be home
to help her adjust to everybody.
Still can't get over how much she and ChaCha look alike. So far so good. Take care and have a great holiday. You've made mine! Phil & Jill |
